Stem: Robotics

It also sharpens students' ability to construct complex, logical engineering solutions by requiring them to map out clear designs and learn from constructive feedback. Mastering the art of building innovative, technical solutions is a lifelong superpower that is essential for success in advanced schooling, university pathways, and the future tech workforce.

Program Overview

Now underway, the program focuses on Robotics, providing students in Years 7–9 with the opportunity to design, build, and program their own robots while learning core principles of engineering, coding, and automation. Students also have the opportunity to participate in competitions and collaborative projects that extend their learning beyond the classroom.

Additional Opportunity

Students in this group will have the chance to compete at the national level in Canberra during the second half of the year. The program will cover the cost of registration for the national competition; however, students and families should be aware that additional costs - such as travel, accommodation, and meals - will apply. Full details regarding the trip and associated expenses will be provided closer to the event date.
