Head of Senior School (Years 7–12)

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, relational and experienced educational leader to shape the lives of young people and lead a vibrant secondary school community within a future-focused P–12 College in Sydney’s southwest. The Head of Senior School is a key executive leadership role with responsibility for the educational outcomes, culture and wellbeing of students in Years 7–12. Reporting directly to the Principal and working collaboratively with the Deputy Principal and broader Executive Team, the Head of Senior School will lead the Senior School leadership team to deliver excellence in academic and co-curricular programs while fostering a supportive, values-based environment where students and staff can thrive. Deputy Principal P–12

Applications are invited for the position of Deputy Principal P–12, commencing January 2026. Head of Professional Practice

Applications are invited for the position of Head of Professional Practice, commencing January 2026. This Executive leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced educator and strategic people leader who is passionate about developing others, cultivating a thriving staff culture, and fostering a Christ-centered professional learning community. The Head of Professional Practice is a key member of the Senior Executive Team and plays a central role in leading staff development, performance, wellbeing, and organisational culture across the College.
