Athletics Program
Inspiring students to thrive through athletics, challenge themselves and grow in character while building resilience and celebrating achievement through every race, jump and throw
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The College Athletics Program supports students across all year levels in developing fundamental movement skills, technical proficiency, and elite performance. With a focus on nurturing talent and fostering personal growth, the program equips students with the skills, discipline, and confidence needed for competitive success.
Students train in a rotation of track and field disciplines during afternoon sessions, developing versatility and expertise across multiple events. This structured approach ensures a well-rounded skill set, preparing students for representation at local, regional, and national levels.
By promoting dedication, teamwork, and versatility, the program strives to inspire athletes to reach their full potential, positioning the College as a rising force in track and field development.
