Preferred applicants will be screened in accordance with the requirements of the NSW Child Protection Act 1998. The College takes seriously its commitment to child protection and as positions are child related, prohibited persons are ineligible to apply. In line with the NSW Child Protection (Prohibited Employment) Act 1998 it is an offence for a person convicted of a serious sex offence or a registrable offence to apply for child related employment. The College must also ask candidates to provide documents to support their identity. This includes original documents adding up to a minimum of 100 points. A range of documents can be used - please bring original documents to interview for verification purposes.
