Who should you talk to:

 • About your child’s progress, contact the P-6 class teacher or the 7-12 Subject Co-Ordinator or Year Advisor.

• If you require further assistance, you can arrange to meet with P-6: Mrs Bessant; 7-12: Mr Young (academic); Mrs White (operations) or Year Advisor (pastoral support).

• If you wish to compliment someone, write to them and include a copy for the Principal!

• If you would like to speak to someone about a spiritual matter, please contact Mr Dayhew.

• If you require promotional material about the College, contact Mrs Merrett or Mrs Cook.

• If you have an enquiry about enrolments, contact Mrs Merrett.

• If you want to help out in the Canteen, contact the Canteen Supervisor (Mrs Longbottom) directly.

• If you want to help out in the primary classrooms, contact Mrs Bessant. If you want to help with secondary, contact Mrs White.

• If you want to help in some other way, such as photocopying, contact Mrs Newman.

• If you have a concern over financial matters, contact Mr Smith.

• If you want to have a chat about a problem or issue that is concerning you, telephone Mrs Newman, who can direct you to the most appropriate person. This is always treated in confidence.
